What began as a $5 Fiverr side hustle is now a boutique career and executive coaching practice serving Silicon Valley’s top tech leaders. Today, CaffeinatedKyle.com has served 1,000+ one-to-one clients and delivered hundreds of speaking engagements for organizations including Amazon, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, LinkedIn, Unilever, and WebMD.
2013:
Dr. Kyle Elliott launches his coaching business on Fiverr, reviewing resumes and writing LinkedIn profiles for $5.
2017:
Dr. Elliott leaves his career in higher education to run CaffeinatedKyle.com full-time, and that same year, he is inducted into the invitation-only Forbes Coaches Council. CaffeinatedKyle.com expands beyond resumes and LinkedIn profiles to offer career coaching, interview coaching, and executive coaching.
2019:
Dr. Elliott is named a LinkedIn Top Voice for Job Search & Careers, the platform’s highest honor.
2022:
Dr. Elliott earns his Doctor of Education (EdD) from the University of North Dakota.
2023–2024:
Dr. Elliott is elected to the executive board of the Gay Coaches Alliance.
2024:
Dr. Elliott completes advanced training in trauma-informed coaching through the Moving the Human Spirit program.
2025:
A milestone year: Dr. Elliott joins The Myers-Briggs Company as a consultant and facilitator, becomes a contributor to the Entrepreneur Leadership Network, earns a Certificate in Trauma & Spiritual Care from San Francisco Theological Seminary, and receives the Thomas J. Leonard Humanitarian Award.
2026:
Dr. Elliott joins the Fast Company Executive Board and formalizes The Fabulousness Methodology, the proprietary framework behind his coaching practice.
