After working one-on-one with more than 1,000 clients, I have developed The Fabulousness Methodology, a structured system for clarifying what you want, positioning yourself strategically, performing under pressure, and progressing in your career with clarity, confidence, and sustainability.
My work integrates trauma-informed coaching with advanced training in confidence coaching, storytelling, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), among other evidence-based methodologies. My approach is grounded in rigorous research and designed to drive results.
Beyond client results, I bring doctoral research in mental health storytelling, and I serve on the certification faculty for The Myers-Briggs Company for several inventories. I also use a range of assessments to guide you through deeper insight and development.
These outcomes, combined with my distinct combination of education, training, and experience, are why tech leaders trust me with their careers and leadership growth.
The Fabulousness Methodology
The Fabulousness Methodology has four key steps that leaders move through to achieve more in their careers and leadership:
- Clarify: See yourself clearly and name what you actually want, slicing through limiting beliefs along the way.
- Position: Translate who you are into how you show up by developing your story, materials, leadership brand, and overall presence.
- Perform: Show up powerfully in the high-stakes moments that shape your future, whether it’s an interview, a salary negotiation, a presentation, or a boardroom conversation.
- Progress: Expand your impact, influence, scope, fulfillment, and compensation while remaining true to who you are.
Critically, the individual steps of the methodology are deeply customized to each leader. No two journeys are the same, because no two leaders are the same.
The methodology isn’t linear. Leaders move through it in an upward spiral.
Each time you revisit Clarify, Position, Perform, and Progress, you do so with greater awareness, confidence, and capability than before. Over time, this creates compounding growth in how you think, communicate, and lead.
My tech clients sometimes equate it to optimizing, or to a software update. They’re continually improving and growing, showing up more aligned and more grounded than before, which allows them to operate more confidently.
Clients typically keep working with me for many years because of the continual evolution and growth of their career and leadership they experience.
Working with Kyle was a dream!
He is kind, intuitive, challenging, and extremely talented. The process he has created with his clients is very efficient and, more importantly, it works. I landed the exact role I wanted as the next step in my career within months of starting our work together. Kyle truly helps you to put your best foot forward, hone in on what matters most, and ensures that your most relevant experience shines through. Kyle is professional but at this point, I also consider him a friend. He has been so generous with his talent and time, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to continue to work with him. I highly recommend Kyle!”

The methodology in action…
Depending on the transition you’re navigating, how each step materializes will inevitably look different for each client.
What remains consistent is how deeply you will come to understand yourself, your career story, and your fabulousness as a result of our work together. This is critical to empowering you to achieve more: more money, a bigger role, and more impact and meaning in the work you do.
What also remains consistent is a deep focus on achieving your goals while remaining flexible and open to the opportunities and challenges that arise in your career and life. We work deliberately toward achieving what feels impossible while ensuring you remain true to who you are and avoid burnout along the way.
This is how I work with you, in career coaching, interview coaching, and executive coaching services for tech leaders.
Kyle is a fantastic coach and thought partner.
He struck the perfect balance between asking tough questions and being deeply encouraging. I give Kyle my highest recommendation!”

What this looks like in practice…
You can think of this methodology as being like a GPS for our journey together. Here’s what the work itself looks like.
- Deep Dive Coaching Sessions: We begin with you telling me your biggest goals and dreams, along with what’s holding you back from achieving them. I then help you see inside yourself, interrupt your limiting beliefs, and own your fabulousness. Together, we craft a detailed plan to achieve what once seemed impossible.
- Insight You’ve Always Craved: Clients hire me for my ability to help them make consistent, tangible progress toward their goals. The work is often challenging, but you’ll leave each session clearer, more confident, and more aligned with who you are becoming.
- Highly Caffeinated Session Notes: I take notes during our sessions so you can focus on the deep, moving questions I ask you. After each call, I send you highlights from our conversation, along with resources you can use to build on what we have uncovered.
- Customized Homework: You’ll receive bespoke “homework” to keep you on course toward your goals and dreams. This might be a reading or book recommendation, worksheets, journaling activities, or even meditation. We always co-develop your homework.
- Support Between Sessions: Much of the magic happens between sessions, and I’ll be there for you as well. Clients share that the support they receive between sessions is easily worth their investment in coaching alone.
Coaching Session Frequency: We’ll determine how often to meet based on your goals and the work in front of you. Career and interview clients typically meet every one to four weeks, while executive clients usually meet one to two times per month. Your cadence will be built around what will help you achieve your biggest goals.
Working with Kyle was definitely a great investment.
His program and incredible motivation helped me analyze my strengths, goals and laser focus on what was needed in order get my new and current job. Just make sure to set time aside when you decide to make the transition. It’s totally worth it to understand why we want something new and which company would offer that great future.”

We might be a fit if…
- You want more from your career and life. “More” might mean more scope, additional impact and meaning, or more pay.
- You’re ready to commit time, energy, and effort to your career. Coaching requires working during and between sessions in order for you to be successful and reach your goals.
- You’re ready for self-reflection and doing the work between sessions.
- You’re open to exploring how past experiences and internal patterns show up in your work and leadership. I’m a fierce advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in the workplace. I believe our work is most effective when we honor our full selves and acknowledge the role of trauma in work and lives.
Kyle is an awesome – amazing – incredible – invaluable capabilities multiplier.
He is the first person to teach me — or even address — how I should shape and deliver my experiences and stories such that the community with which I’m speaking is engaged, aligned, and entertained… I can’t thank Kyle enough for his help in ensuring my transition to the next level. If you want a transformative, magical experience, sit down with Kyle. I’m telling everyone I know. He’s simply the best.”
—NICK BROUSSARD
…and another practitioner is likely a better fit for you if…
- You’re simply looking for advice or want someone to tell you what to do. While I’ve recognized clear trends from working with 1,000+ tech leaders and will share helpful resources, I believe the vast majority of the answers lie within you, and that my role as your coach is to help you uncover them.
- You want other people to change. Coaching focuses on you, your behaviors, and your reactions.
- You’re not ready to look within yourself. Coaching requires self-awareness and internal reflection.
- You don’t have the time, energy, or enthusiasm to commit to coaching, even if it’s only for an hour or two per week. You can’t expect to change without putting in the effort.
I had the chance to work with Kyle (Caffeinated Kyle) as my coach during a key stage in my professional journey.
He was more than just a coach — he was a clear, steady voice at a time when I needed perspective, structure, and confidence.”
