My clients achieve what often feels impossible because I am deeply committed to their success and their happiness. Many of the clients I work with are looking to grow their leadership scope and oversight. On average, they double to quadruple their department and team size during our work together, or shortly after.

Caffeinate Your Leadership Session
This is an initial kickoff session with Dr. Elliott to clarify your coaching goals, select 360 raters, and map your strategic focus areas for feedback and coaching.
EQ 360 Assessment
Your raters will complete the EQ 360, a research-backed assessment measuring 15 key emotional intelligence competencies, so that you can compare your self-perception with feedback from your manager, colleagues, and direct reports.
360 Feedback Interviews
Dr. Elliott will then conduct confidential, one-on-one interviews with selected raters, typically 5 to 7 of them, gathering candid qualitative feedback to combine with your EQ 360 data. He then creates actionable strategies to accelerate your leadership impact.
Leadership Insights & Growth Report

Are you trauma-informed?
Yes, I’m a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, I have completed advanced training in trauma-informed coaching, and I wrote my doctoral dissertation on mental health storytelling. I believe we’re most effective when we honor and acknowledge the role of trauma in our work and in our lives.

Can I start with a single coaching session?
The coaching I provide is deep, transformational work. A single session can offer insight, but real, lasting change requires a consistent, structured approach.
Think of it as being like the gym—you can’t expect meaningful change after one visit. You have to be consistent to achieve results.
We’ll begin with a comprehensive program aimed at ensuring lasting growth. After completing their first program, many of my clients continue meeting with me bimonthly or quarterly to maintain momentum.

What should I expect during my first session?
This article outlines what to expect during your first coaching session. I’ll also send you a detailed welcome letter and instructions once you sign up for your program.
In your very first session, we’ll cover “housekeeping” issues and build rapport, revisit your goals for the process, and dive into actual coaching! We’ll conclude by recapping the session and discussing “homework” for you to work on before we meet next.
What if I want additional career coaching sessions?
Additional executive coaching sessions are available at $475 per session (50 minutes). All sessions include highly caffeinated session notes in addition to customized “homework” to keep you on track toward achieving your biggest goals.
Do you offer payment plans?
I accept all payments through PayPal, which allows payment via debit or credit card, or six 0% interest monthly payments via PayPal Credit (for those who qualify). As a one-person shop, I do not offer in-house payment plans.
Your employer may allow you to use professional development plans to cover the cost of working with a coach. Check with your manager or HR representative to confirm.
Do you offer refunds?
Nope. I only work with leaders who are ready to show up fully and put in the effort needed to achieve lasting change. Coaching is a collaborative process that involves multiple sessions, deep reflection, and significant “homework.” While your program will be customized to meet your unique goals, please expect to commit extensive time and energy to the process.
