- The EQ-i 2.0 empowers you to show up as your best, most effective self, helping you navigate challenges, enhance relationships, and achieve your professional and personal goals with more confidence and clarity.
- You can add a 360-degree component (the EQ 360) to compare your self-perception with feedback from people around you.
My proven EQ‑i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessment process…
- Consultation: We will begin with an initial conversation to discuss the purpose of the EQ‑i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments and your goals in taking them. This consultation helps us determine whether the assessments are the right fit for your unique goals.
- EQ‑i 2.0 Administration: You will receive a unique link to complete the EQ‑i 2.0 inventory from the comfort of your home. There are no right or wrong answers; you simply show up as your fabulous self. The assessment should take no more than 30 minutes of your time to complete.
- EQ 360 Setup (Optional): If you choose the 360-degree component, we will identify individuals (such as your manager, peers, and direct reports) to provide feedback. These raters will complete the EQ 360 survey about you, giving you a multi-perspective view of your emotional intelligence.
- Deep Dive Coaching Session: Once you’ve completed the assessment, we will meet to review your EQ-i report(s). I will help you understand the EQ‑i 2.0 model of emotional intelligence, your unique results, and tailored strategies for action. (If you opted for the 360 feedback, we’ll discuss where you’re aligned with your raters and any discrepancies.) You will leave the session with a clear action plan.
- EQ‑i 2.0 Report: You will receive lifetime access to your personalized EQ‑i 2.0 Report (and 360 feedback if you opted in).
