FAQ

WHERE HAVE YOUR CLIENTS LANDED JOBS AT?

My clients have landed jobs at nearly every Fortune 100/500 company you can think of. This includes Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon, Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, IBM, PayPal, MIT, Tesla, Samsung, Bloomberg, LendingClub, Cruise, Waymo, Uber, Expedia, FOX, ABC, Hartford Funds, Allegiant Airlines, Nordstrom, Brooks Brothers, Kaiser Permanente, Tenet Healthcare, Swedish Medical Center and the YMCA, among many other companies.

DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN MY INDUSTRY?

My clients span every industry. Half of my clients are in the high tech space, often in the Silicon Valley or other metropolitan areas. Recruiting, HR, marketing, business development and sales are some of my favorite industries to write for.

If we chat and it turns out I’m not the best fit for you, I’ll work to try and find someone who is.

WHAT’S YOUR EXPERIENCE WRITING FOR EXECUTIVES?

I have written a plethora of resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, significant speeches, social media posts and more for executives.

DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?

I only write resumes for those looking for jobs in the U.S. and Canada. I write cover letters and LinkedIn profiles for clients across the globe (dozens of countries & counting).

HOW DOES PRICING & PAYMENTS WORK?

A vast majority of clients opt for one of my packages, all of which are customized based on your unique needs.

  • Coaching Sessions:
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Document Review:
Full payment is due before I begin working.

My preferred payment method is PayPal as they offer Purchase Protection for Buyers. They also offer no-interest financing, allowing you to pay over the course of six months.

I offer a limited number of appointments each week and am often booked far in advance, so let’s respect each other’s time. Please?

I begin billing at the start time of our scheduled appointment; the only time I am late is if there is a long line at Starbucks (seriously). My hourly rate is $249 (billed in one-hour increments) for anything not outlined in a package.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

I personally do not offer a payment plan. However, PayPal offers no-interest financing.

HOW DO CANCELLATIONS WORK?

My cancellation policy is gracious, requiring you to cancel or reschedule just 24 hours in advance. I charge the full rate for no shows and appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance (unless there is an emergency of course).

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?

I do not offer refunds on work that has already been completed. If you are unhappy with the quality of a completed product, I will do everything in my power to make you happy (besides provide a refund on completed work).

I do not provide a refund if you choose not to use the document(s) I provide to you.

OK, BUT DO YOU AT LEAST GUARANTEE ME AN INTERVIEW OR JOB?

I do not guarantee interviews, job placements or other outcomes as a result of us working together. I provide you with the tools you need to succeed, but it is up to you to use them effectively.

WHAT KIND OF TIMELINE CAN I EXPECT FOR MY WRITING PROJECT?

The first draft of your document is typically delivered within 7-10+ business days from receipt of all necessary on-boarding items. Each subsequent document will be typically be delivered 5 business days after the previous document.

Together we will determine a mutually agreed upon delivery date(s). I reserve the right to extend the delivery date during busy periods and unforeseen circumstances.

Your first round of edits is due to me in writing within 7 days from receipt of your first draft.

Your second (and any subsequent rounds) of edits are due to me in writing within 14 days from receipt of your first draft.

Fourteen days from receipt of your first draft, your project will be considered final and complete; any additional edits will be charged at an hourly rate.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS LIKE TO WORK WITH YOU?

All prospective coaching clients begin with a free, no-obligation phone call. You can review my services and schedule a call here.

This phone call is an opportunity (1) for you to receive an overview of my process, (2) for me to learn about you and (3) to answer any questions either of us have.

After our phone call, you will receive a summary of our agreed upon terms and an invoice. I will begin working on your project once I receive your full payment.

You will find that I don’t do cookie-cutter. I customize everything about the experience based on you and what is best for your journey.
